  Braxton who works in fresh fruit always goes beyond expectations of any employee I have ever seen old and young if you can't find he will,he has helped my parents who are in there late 80*s to helping me who is disabled, and if I send my children in and they can't find something. He will help them, also alot of my friends both old and young will seek him out for any problems.He is a unreplaceable asset he used to work in the milk and dairy isle.Publix should be very proud of him as I have been a long time shopper at Publix starting in the 70*s when I was a kid in Miami Gardens Drive in Miami and he has kept the motto going were shopping is truly a pleasure.   I recently moved to Palm City. My first experience was not pleasant. I went in asking for boxes, this was Thanksgiving weekend, and the manager came up to the front, spread her arms and said "do I look like I have boxes. Jesus" then walked away. She did not know I was there. Every time since then I have cashiers with mad expressions and baggers who would rather talk about parties than addressing the customers. I have also seen and heard customer service roll their eyes at customers and bad mouth customers as they walk away with me still standing there to hear! I had two bad experiences at the deli. One, the deli MANAGER was not pleasant when making my sub. He also was complaining to another employee about the store re-model and he just wanted to get done to shut down Deli and get started with the remodel. Second was just the other day, the deli employee put chicken in my sub and threw some buffalo sauce on it and very little of it. He was supposed to toss it then put it in the sub. When I asked he was pretty mad he had to take the chicken and toss it. While tossing it he said, "you must like your subs soggy." That was the end of that. There is another Publix that is a few more minutes away and I have never had an issue with them. I told the manager I prefer to and will start going to the other Publix that actually operates their store as intended.
